Tournament overview
VALORANT Masters London 2026 brought an international VCT event to the United Kingdom for the first time. Twelve teams competed from June 6 to 21 for a $1 million prize pool, with the final stages played at the Copper Box Arena. The field brought together the best teams from the Americas, Pacific, EMEA and China after the regional Stage 1 tournaments.
Leviatán began the event strongly in the Swiss stage but was sent to the lower bracket by a 0-2 loss to Paper Rex in the opening playoff round. That defeat started the tournament’s defining comeback. Leviatán eliminated Team Heretics, Xi Lai Gaming and Team Vitality before sweeping EDward Gaming 3-0 in the lower final. Paper Rex reached the Grand Final through the upper bracket, setting up a rematch with the team it had already beaten.
Paper Rex opened the title series with a crushing 13-2 win on Fracture. Leviatán answered 13-6 on Split, lost Breeze 11-13, and then forced a deciding map with a 13-10 victory on Ascent. On Lotus, Leviatán built an 11-1 first-half lead and closed the map 13-5 to win the final 3-2. It was the organization’s first international trophy and a historic title for Latin American VALORANT. Bruno “Neon” Rodríguez was named tournament MVP after helping drive the lower-bracket run.
